Conduct of All India Entrance Test - 2025
The National Law University Delhi will conduct the
All India Law Entrance Test – 2025 (AILET-2025) for the Academic Year 2025-26 on
December 8, 2024 (Sunday) from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at all India level.
- Admission to the One Year LL.M. in IP Law and Management will be based on the performance of the candidates in the All India Law Entrance Test which shall carry 70% weightage. Candidates shall visit the following link for test pattern: https://nationallawuniversitydelhi.in/llm/exam-details.html
- Admission to the One Year M.A. in IP Law and Management will be based on the performance of the candidates in the entrance examination which shall carry 70% weightage. The test pattern for the M.A. Entrance is given below:

- The test paper will consist of 100 MCQs with each question carrying 1 mark.
- The duration of the examination will be 120 minutes.
- Negative marking: There will be Negative Marking in ALL INDIA LAW ENTRANCE TEST 2025. The criteria for negative marking will be based on the formula 0.25*4=1 that means per wrong answer 0.25 Marks will be deducted. Therefore, four wrong answers will lead to deduction of one (1) mark.
- If two or more candidates get the same marks at the All India Entrance Test, their merit will be decided as follows:
- Seniority of Age
- Computerized Draw of Lots
